Goods deliveryGoods are delivered by Registered Mail and need to be signed for upon arrival. In the unlikely event that your goods are not received in good time, please email us at support@diet-pills-24h.com quoting your order number. If you are not able to quote the order number, please provide your name, the delivery address and the approximate date of your order. We will attempt to track the order but should we be unable to do this, we will replace the goods free of charge. Delivering timeThe average delivery time to United States is 2 - 4 weeks, to Europe is 1 - 3 weeks and to other countries the average delivery time is 1 - 4 weeks. In some rare occurrences your packages may be delayed in the process of shipping, please let us know so we can attempt to track your packages. In the even that you do not receive your packages within 25 days, these packages are declared lost or stolen and we guarantee to resend you the packages or to fully refund you the money for your order. Shipping infoAll orders are shipped within 72 hours once your credit card has been validated, excluding weekends and holidays. In the event that your order is split up into two or more parcels, the parcels are shipped at a rate of one a day. Since these parcels are shipped on different days, there is a chance that their arrival could be a few days apart. In order to avoid fraud and to protect our valuable customers we ship via Registered Priority mail only. GuaranteeWe want you to be totally satisfied with anything you order from us. Inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If you are not satisfied with the condition of the products, or the products are faulty, let us know and we'll give you a return instructions. Then, return the unwrapped, unopened, unused merchandise in new condition within 10 days and we will exchange the merchandise or refund your credit card. Cancellation of orderIncase you need to cancel your order, you are able to do so without any reason within 12 hours, please email us at support@diet-pills-24h.com asking to cancel your order. RefundsIn the unlikely event that a faulty or incorrect order is received by the Customer, the Company will replace it immediately following our subsequent receipt of those goods. If this is not possible we will make a full refund of the purchase price. Such Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt. The Customer will be responsible for arranging transportation, but postage costs thus incurred will be refunded. Should your goods be seized by Customs and Excise, we are unable to refund any monies until the appeals procedures have been undertaken and confirmation of the outcome has been received within seven days of its conclusion in writing to the Company.
