Tea from Rubia tinctorum
Pharmaceutical formulation: Crushed rootstock and roots of madder, leaves of birch, flowers of camomile. Indications to application: It is recommended as a prophylactic means for adults in cases of urolithic and gullstone diseases, inflammatory diseases of kidneys and urinary tracts, osteochondrosis, podagra. This tea gives fortifying, urinative, cholagogue, spasmolytic effects, brings on dissolution and removing of stones from kidneys, urinary tracts and a gall bladder. Method of preparation: You have to add 2 glasses (400ml) of boiling water to 6 grammes of mixture ( 1 tea spoon), to simmer or to prepare using a water bath for 10 minutes, to extract for 30 minutes, to strain. Direction for use: To apply 1/2 of a glass 3 times a day after eating. The recommended course of applying is 30 days. If it is necessary you can reiterate it in 3 - 6 weeks. Contraindications: It is counterindicated for pregnant and breast-feeding women, children under 12 , in cases of an acute and chronic pyelonephritis, violation of function of kidneys, stomach and duodenum ulcer, and also personal intolerance to components of diet tea. |
